Since Everyone seems to be dieing to know...
Here is a quick breakdown of the credits system.
The Credits are like virtual money, you earn credits for posting, making threads, people replying to your threads, general activity on the site, etc...
Up by the "Unread Post" in the navbar you should see how many credits you have. Next to that it says "check" Click that sucker and it'll take you to your bank page.
Once there it will show you how much you have in Checking, Savings, and what your credit rating is. You can move money around etc.. it tells you the fees there. You can also request a loan there, but be careful with that, as the interest rate is now EXTREAMLY high :-P
Now, I bet your wondering "Great, but what good are they?" I have not fully got it set up yet, but basically here's what your going to be able to spend credits on:
Arcade - for some (not all) games you'll need to buy an arcade pass for X amount of credits, you can win credits when you get the high scores and things like that.
The Lottery - When in your bank, near the bottom is a "Donations and Drawings" link, hit it and it takes you to the lotto page, where you can blow all your money trying to get rich! I just set up the christmas lotto which is gonna be huge. There is also a weekly lotto.
We'll start doing a daily / bi-daily Trivia, where the first person with the right answer wins x amount of credits.
People can charge other people for services, for instance, 100 credits for a sig type of thing.
Eventually, we'll charge credits to customize your profile page, it'll look simular to a myspace page.
Anyway, there's a basic rundown :-)
