Most of the MD5 issues i've seen is when you're actively running another program in the background that is taking away your resources, or when you are tabbed out of the game for longer than a couple of minutes. also sometimes it can be your internet connection....but to really pinpoint one of your admins might check the logs to see which of the md5 queries is the one affecting you.
