This Weekend

I hope to this weekend do the following:

MOVE THE WEBSITE. You may have noticed lately our host is getting slower and slower and slower and many times just not showing the site!

I'm quite sick of it, so I'm moving to a faster host that I can trust more, and will cost us nothing for the site. During the move if you come to the site and it's gone, or says it's turned off don't be alarmed, just try again later. I'll try to be online on Xfire, MSN, and / or TS while I work on it.

The other thing I hope to do (pending how long the other takes) is upgrade the site to vBulletin Version 3.7.0 This will be a bit of work, I may be worrying far to much about it, we'll see.

Anyway, just want to let you guys know.

SITE MOVED.

Decided to see how hard it would be and worked on it last night, it was down all day, but is now 100% moved to the new server.

Next up: vB 3.7.0

Read all your e-mail, save them, whatever, cause in ONE WEEK they will be cancelled and re-made on the new server (better stuff anyway) If you need more time let me know. When your ready for your new one, let me know, trust me MUCH MUCH better

Note: It will take awhile for the DNS to propegate so that everyone knows where the new site is, so some of the people won't be able to see the site right now, should all be good for everyone by the end of the day tomarrow.

For instance, I can see the site in it's new location just fine from home, but from work, I still see the old locations :P

The Old location shows the forums offline, the new location of course shows the forums online and people posting, there is a good possiblity that people that can see the new site will loose it from time to time, just be patient as there is nothing I can do to speed up the process :P

Well I have comcast, which is poo on a stick. This morning I was playing on a New York server and comcast somehow couldn't handle it. My ping was fluctuating from 20 to 350-400 at times. :(

Working on the 3.7.0 upgrade, testing it on a backup vB so we can still use this one until I see how things go...
