I pre-ordered Red Alert 3 through Gamestop, and I got a beta key. The game looks great. The thing I really liked was its usage of water. All buildings except for the barracks and war factory (for obvious reasons) can be built on water. There are also lots of amphibious units, and some units, like the new tesla tank, the stingray, are actually better on water. Can't wait for the full, bug free, or mostly so, release

I've been waiting for Red Alert 3 since C&C 3. I knew it was coming too, my favorite RTS.

These are the units not yet put up on the website. They are actually done though. I know the Soviets best, and I'm not really familiar with some of the Japanese units, but here's what I know:

Soviets
Natasha (unit) - Sniper, much like Generals' Jarmen Kell, but can also call in very effective airstrikes
Terror Drone - Fast drone, effective against infantry, and can also eat into vehicles and destroy them internally. Amphibious
Dreadnaught - Soviet long range ship with 3 V4 rockets
Ore Collector - Gathers ore. Can deploy armor which stops it from collecting ore but makes it much more durable.
MCV - Ever played a CnC game?
Akula Sub - Simple anti-ship and naval buildings. Secondary function: Can fire both torpedoes at once
Hammer Tank - Basic battle tank, can drain weapons and armor from other vehicles
Tesla Trooper - Just like RA2
MiG Fighter - Strictly anti-air jet
Flak Trooper - Anti tank and air unit
Sputnik - Base expansion

Allies
Guardian Tank - Basic battle tank
Attack Dog - Dog that attacks
MCV - Mobile Construction Vehicle
Javelin Soldier - Anti-tank and (I think) Anti-air unit
Spy - Can disguise as enemy units, "buy" them over to your side
Engineer - Basic engineer (not nearly as cool as Soviets')
Vindicator - Bomber
Athena Cannon - Long range artillery, much like a mobile, mini Ion cannon
Multigunner IFV - Much like APC from CnC3
Riptide ACV - Amphibious hovercraft transport

Empire of the Rising Sun
MCV - ...
Tsunami Tank - Battle tank, amphibious at he expense of strength
Ore Collector - Can be armed with a gun
Rocket Angel - I don't actually know, I think it's like the Rocket Soldier from RA2
Burst Drone - Dragonfly-like scout, can attach to vehicles (I think), or at least ore collectors
Sudden Transport - Not sure
Wave-Force Artillery - Not sure
Nanocore - Not sure
Yari Mini-Sub - Little submarine, not as effective as Akula
Striker-VX / Chopper-VX - Hovering mech-thing that turns to a helicopter
