Upgrading the forums

Guys,

I'm currently in the process of getting the latest version of vBulletin on here, Version 4.something...

Anyhow alot is going to look ugly as sin until I'm done, so just so you know...

Well vb 4 sucks, but we're on it now, I'll be working on this site some as I have time now, I've been upgrading ACI's forums first before the vB license for there runs out.

BAH, I hate vB 4, it's gonna take quite sometime for me to get everything sorta back to normal, bare with me

So, anyone actually care, cause since it doesn't look that way I'm not too worried about cleaning this up very quickly...

Now I'm at the point I need to upgrade the flippin' vB license to download updates and thats $175 I don't have :P

Ok, so apparently the forums have been broken for over a month where no one could login, and no one cared :P Or if they did made no effort to contact me about it.
