question.......................How do you pass the SF training Escape and Evade

I keep on getting caught by this one guard and he can't even see me
it is so annoying.....!!!!!

Scroll down and there is a walk through on this website that even has pictures, I tried many times and failed but once I got this walk through I finished it in 26 minutes.
