what kind of video card do you have ?
if you have an geforce 8800 than you cant fix it .
try turning anti aliasing off if you have a high end geforce card .

well i tried the link on the 1st post of the thread but no luck with that driver
guess i try some other things mentioned later
I forgot about this, i don't even have a screen shot folder in my army files.
Isn't there something u have to do to enable screen shots? even for yourself to use?

Well you can tak screen shots by pressing print screen, or typing in shot.
but as far as punk buster screen shots... I dunno.

yeah i checked the config, and f8 is my screen shot button, "shot" also works in console.
I made a "screen shot" folder in my army files and now i can take screen shots.
The only problem is that they are all black.
Ive done some research and nvidia has a thread, aao tracker, and Americas army official site also has threads on the same topic. From what I've seen so far there is no fix for the prob.
I have checked all except for AA official, the site was running really slow today.
I will try it again later.
I haven't talked to beercan about it yet, but ill ask next time we talk.
Maybe he has a suggestion.
thanks for the help and any info anyone could share would be great.
