Well texan brought up a good point, we should use these kind of team maps in order to play as a team. If the same four guys play on one squad and infiltrate the building in the same location they quickly start to form unspoken teamwork.

I've played 360 games like rainbow six vegas with 3 noobs in the room that are all going off solo and we lose. But me an a buddy that have countless hours together take down the map on a harder difficulty with barely any words.

The point is, we need to work in combat as a team. Not everyone charge one way and hope to win. Two key entry points covered with two teams moving separate through the building is faster and more efficient. Just a suggestion, but perhaps we could iron out these teams, and their weapon choices... and begin regular game play just to get a feel for how to cover one another... how to take down doors and rooms that are unknown quickly without loosing men...

On a final note, it's hard to keep a few of the members objective based. Interdiction is all about getting in, getting the pakage, and getting the heck out of dodge. Interdiction is NOT about killing 70 guys and gloating about how many kills you have.

Get in as a team. Get objective as a team. Get out as a team.

And for the record tex, you weren't being bossy. In the absence of leadership, take charge. After you finally got those lost souls to following orders we started to work more efficeintly. Keep up that kind of work, we need lots of it with these new guys I keep running into randomly...
